HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1

TO

HOUSE BILL NO. 334

AMEND House Bill No. 334 by deleting lines 138 through 140 in their entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“(1) An applicant for any type of license with at least 51% ownership and control by 1 or more individuals who have resided for at least 5 of the preceding 10 years 15 years in a disproportionately-impacted area. area, as defined in § 1302 of this title. ”.

SYNOPSIS

This Amendment changes the qualifying residency requirement for a social equity applicant from an individual who has resided for at least 5 of the preceding 10 years in a disproportionately-impacted area to one who has so resided for 5 of the preceding 15 years.
