SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1

TO

SENATE BILL NO. 246

AMEND Senate Bill No. 246 by adding after line 40 the following:

" (h) DSHA may use part of the allocations made for the Housing Repair and Modification Fund toward the administration of the program. "

SYNOPSIS

This amendment allows DSHA to use allocations to the Fund toward the administration of the program.
