HOUSE BILL NO. 353

AMEND House Bill 353 after line 211 by inserting the following:

“Section 3. This Act is known as “The Amelia Kramer Act”.”.

SYNOPSIS

This Amendment names HB 353 “The Amelia Kramer Act” in honor of Amelia Kramer, a passionate advocate for victims of deep fake crimes.
