AMEND House Substitute No. 1 for House Bill No. 286 on line 49 by inserting " or request " after " Require " and before " that " therein.

FURTHER AMEND House Substitute No. 1 for House Bill No. 286 on line 51 by inserting " or request " after " Require " and before " that " therein.

SYNOPSIS

This Amendment prohibits a person engaged in the business of life insurance from requesting information that an individual has received from direct-to-consumer genetic testing.
