AMEND Senate Substitute No. 2 for Senate Bill No. 278 on line 21 by inserting “ franchising ” before the word “ manufacturer’s ”.

SYNOPSIS

This amendment clarifies the definition of “new motor vehicle” on line 21 of Senate Substitute No. 2 for Senate Bill No. 278.
