HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1

TO

SENATE BILL NO. 246

AMEND Senate Bill No. 246 on line 22 by deleting “ homes ” as it appears therein and inserting in lieu thereof “ homes, including manufactured homes as defined in § 7003 of Title 25, ”.

SYNOPSIS

This Amendment to Senate Bill No. 246 clarifies that manufactured homes are homes for which the Housing Repair and Modification Fund may be used.
