HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1

TO

SENATE BILL NO. 296

AMEND Senate Bill No. 296 at line 121 by deleting “subsection (b) of” and inserting in lieu thereof “ subsection (b) of ”.

FURTHER AMEND Senate Bill No. 296 at line 135 by deleting “ § 2107(a) or (b), ” and inserting in lieu thereof “ subsection (a) or (b) of this section, ”.

FURTHER AMEND Senate Bill No. 296 at line 136 and 137 by deleting “ for which the transaction was affected by a ” and inserting in lieu thereof “ that were the subject of the ”.

SYNOPSIS

This amendment makes technical corrections to Senate Bill No. 296.
