HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 2

SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 4

AMEND Senate Joint Resolution No. 4 on line 18 by deleting “by May 1, 2024.” and inserting in lieu thereof the following: “no later than 14 days after the enactment of this Senate Joint Resolution.”.

SYNOPSIS

This Amendment clarifies that the DMV must opt into the federal exemption no later than 14 days after the enactment of this Senate Joint Resolution.
