SENATE BILL NO. 264
AMEND Senate Bill No. 264 by deleting line 20 and substituting in lieu thereof the following:
“ b. Any pesticide-treated wood products and structural insulation products. ”
SYNOPSIS
This amendment adds structural insulation products to the list of products exempt from the Department of Agriculture regulations that are to be promulgated under Senate Bill No. 264.
