AMEND Senate Amendment No. 1 to Senate Bill No. 13 on line 9 by deleting “ (c)(4) of this section ” and substituting in lieu thereof the following:

" (c)(1) of this section ”

This Amendment corrects a technical error in Senate Amendment 1 to Senate Bill 13.
