SENATE BILL NO. 321
AMEND Senate Bill No. 321 on line 32 by deleting “ health, ” and inserting in lieu thereof “ health. ”.
FURTHER AMEND Senate Bill No. 321 by deleting line 33 in its entirety.
SYNOPSIS
This amendment removes language that would have given discretionary authority to the Board of Pardons to appoint non-licensed mental health and medical providers to act as “examiners” as is otherwise specified in the original bill.
