HOUSE BILL NO. 300
AMEND House Bill No. 300 by deleting lines 91 and 92 and redesignating accordingly.
FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 300 by deleting lines 104 through 110 and redesignating accordingly.
FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 300 by deleting “ December 15th ” as it appears on line 113 and substituting in lieu thereof “ December 30th ”.
SYNOPSIS
This amendment makes technical corrections regarding how funding is calculated and accounted for under this Act. It also changes the Department’s report date from December 15th of each year to December 30th.
