AMEND Senate Bill No. 322 by inserting the following at the beginning of line 1:
“Section 1.”
FURTHER AMEND Senate Bill No. 322 by inserting the following after line 30:
“Section 2. This Act becomes effective on January 1, 2023.”
SYNOPSIS
This amendment makes a technical correction to the bill and establishes an effective date of January 1, 2023.
