SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 2

HOUSE BILL NO. 19

AMEND House Bill No. 19 on line 67 by deleting “2021” and substituting in lieu thereof “2023”.

SYNOPSIS

This amendment changes the date by which manufacturers and distributors of electric bicycles must apply a label to each electric bicycle to January 1, 2023.
