SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1

TO

HOUSE BILL NO. 399

  AMEND House Bill No. 399 on line 36 by deleting " protocol, " and substituting in lieu thereof the following:

" protocol approved by the Division of Public Health, "

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 399 on line 46 by deleting " Department " and substituting in lieu thereof the following: 

" Division ".

SYNOPSIS

This amendment clarifies that a pharmacist may order, test, screen, and treat health conditions pursuant to a statewide written protocol approved by the Division of Public Health. It also makes a minor change to correct a reference to Division of Public Health.
