TO
HOUSE BILL NO. 139
AMEND House Bill No. 139 on lines 634 and 635 by deleting the phrase “ to suppress riotous, disorderly or turbulent assemblages of persons in all public ways and places of the Town ” and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
“ enforce all state and municipal laws ”.
SYNOPSIS
This amendment clarifies the police force has a duty to enforce all state and municipal laws.
