SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1

TO

SENATE BILL NO. 185

AMEND Senate Bill No. 185 on line 5 by deleting “ after April 1, 2025, ” and inserting in lieu thereof “ on or   after April 1, 2025 ”.

FURTHER AMEND Senate Bill No. 185 on line 12 by deleting “ after April 1, 2025 ” and inserting in lieu thereof

“ on or after October 1, 2025 ”.

SYNOPSIS

This Amendment clarifies the date for when the Act applies to doctors’ licenses and changes the date for when the Act applies to nurses’ licenses.
