HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1

HOUSE BILL NO. 243

AMEND House Bill No. 243 by inserting the following after line 194:

“Section 9. This Act expires 5 years after its enactment into law, unless otherwise provided by a subsequent act of the General Assembly.”.

SYNOPSIS

This amendment provides that the Act will sunset 5 years from its enactment.
