SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1

TO

HOUSE BILL NO. 106

AMEND House Bill No. 106 after line 20 and before line 21 by inserting the following:

“ (5) Review statistical data with regard to motorcycle accidents in the state and make relevant recommendations to the Office of Highway Safety. ”

SYNOPSIS

This amendment tasks the Motorcycle Rider Education Advisory Committee with reviewing statistical data regarding motorcycle accidents in Delaware and making relevant recommendations to the Office of Highway Safety.
