HOUSE BILL NO. 77

AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 18 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE OFFICES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:

Section 1. Amend § 305, Title 18, of the Delaware Code by making deletions as shown by strike through and insertions as shown by underlining as follows:

§ 305 Office; Insurance Commissioner Regulatory Revolving Fund.

(a) The Department may operate 2 3 offices, the principal office in the Dover area and a branch office offices in Wilmington and Sussex County .

SYNOPSIS

This legislation authorizes the Department to operate its principal office in the Dover area and an additional branch office in Sussex County.
