HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 4

TO

HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 39

AMEND House Concurrent Resolution No. 39 on line 16 by deleting “(16) members” and inserting in lieu thereof “(23) members”.

FURTHER AMEND House Concurrent Resolution No. 39 on lines 30 and 31 by deleting “, appointed by the Delaware Parent Teacher Association” and inserting in lieu thereof “from each county and the City of Wilmington – New Castle County appointed by the Delaware Parent Teacher Association; Kent, Sussex and the City of Wilmington appointed by the Governor”.

FUTHER AMEND House Concurrent Resolution No. 39 by inserting the following and redesignating accordingly:

(13) The Wilmington City Council President or designee, the New Castle County Executive or designee, the Kent County Administrator or designee, and the Sussex County Administrator or designee.”.

SYNOPSIS

This amendment additional representation from all three counties and the City of Wilmington by including additional parents or guardians, as well as representation from each of the political bodies.
