DELAWARE STATE SENATE

149th GENERAL ASSEMBLY

SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 20

PROCLAIMING MAY 8, 2018 AS DACRO DAY IN DELAWARE.

WHEREAS, The Delaware Association of County Row Offices (DACRO) is a non-partisan group of countywide elected officials committed to serving the citizens of the First State; and

WHEREAS, DACRO was founded on June 6, 2011 to provide a networking forum for the State’s Recorder of Deeds, Register of Wills, Sheriff, and Clerk of the Peace; and

WHEREAS, DACRO helps educate its constituents about the important duties and vital roles of County elective offices; and

WHEREAS, DACRO works to provide the citizens of the State of Delaware superior service.

NOW, THEREFORE:

BE IT RESOLVED that the Senate of the 149 ^th General Assembly proclaims May 8, 2018 as DACRO Day in Delaware;

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Senate commends DACRO for the outstanding efforts of its members in preserving the historical significance of our County elected offices.
