AMEND House Bill No. 246 on line 16 by inserting “ , provided that the demise and lease of public park lands shall be limited to recreational purposes and related activities ” after “ public good ” and before the period therein.
AMEND House Bill No. 246 on line 25 by inserting “ , provided that the demise and lease of public park lands shall be limited to recreational purposes and related activities ” after “ public good ” and before the period therein.
SYNOPSIS
Pursuant to this amendment, county and municipal governments may only rent public park lands for recreational purposes and related activities.
