HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1

HOUSE BILL NO. 3

AMEND House Bill No.  3 on line 19 by inserting “total” after “a” and before “loan” as it appears therein.

SYNOPSIS

This amendment clarifies that the total amount of the loan guarantee for a temporary loan program for Federal employees may not exceed $80,000.
