HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1

TO

HOUSE BILL NO. 118

AMEND House Bill No. 118 on line 90 by inserting the phrase “ (1) ” between the words “ to ” and “ properties ”.

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 118 by inserting after line 91 the following:

(2) land deemed to be actively devoted to agricultural, horticultural, or forestry as defined in § 8333 of this title.

(3) any structure that is not subject to regulation pursuant to § 6902(b) of this Title.

SYNOPSIS

This amendment clarifies what agricultural lands and structures are exempted from regulation.
