HOUSE BILL NO. 118

AMEND House Bill No. 118 on line 90 by inserting " (1) " after " to " and before " properties " therein.

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 118 by inserting after line 91 the following:

“ (2) State Parks and Wildlife Areas. ”.

SYNOPSIS

This amendment clarifies that state parks and wildlife areas are exempted from regulation.
