HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1

TO

HOUSE BILL NO. 202

AMEND House Bill No. 202 on line 24 by deleting “ 6-inch ” as it appears therein.

FURTHER AMEND House Bill 202 on line 25 by deleting “ red and white ” as it appears therein and inserting “ yellow and black ” in lieu thereof.

SYNOPSIS

This Amendment omits the size of the warning tape required on school buses that use the school bus safety camera system and changes the color of the warning tape from red and white to yellow and black to comply with federal regulation.
