HOUSE BILL NO. 118
AMEND House Bill No. 118 on line 91 by deleting “ service function ” as it appears therein and by inserting in lieu thereof “ code enforcement ”.
SYNOPSIS
This amendment specifies that unless Sussex County is transferred the responsibility of local code enforcement, the bill will not apply to properties, buildings, or structures within any incorporated city or town in Sussex County.
