HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1

TO

SENATE BILL NO. 173

AMEND Senate Bill No. 173 on line 32 by deleting “11” and inserting “15” in lieu thereof.

FURTHER AMEND Senate Bill No. 173 between lines 46 and 47 by inserting the following:

“(14) 2 members appointed by the Delaware Early Childhood Council, who are from different counties and are providers of early childhood education.”

SYNOPSIS

This Amendment adds 2 members to the Universal Pre-K Consortium, who must be from different counties and provide early childhood education.
