SENATE BILL NO. 184

AMEND Senate Bill No. 184 on lines 15 through 16 by deleting “ Level V, Level IV, Level III, or Level II sentence. ” and inserting in lieu thereof “ Level V or Level IV sentence. ”.

SYNOPSIS

This Amendment makes a technical correction to replace incorrect existing Delaware Code language.
