AMEND House Bill No. 155 on line 29 by striking “means” as it appears therein and inserting in lieu thereof: “ means includes ”.

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 155 on line 46 by striking “means” as it appears therein and inserting in lieu thereof: “ means includes ”.

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 155 on line 58 by striking “means” as it appears before “heterosexuality” and inserting in lieu thereof: “ means includes ”.

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 155 on line 84 by striking “means” as it appears therein and inserting in lieu thereof: “ means includes ”.

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 155 on line 97 by striking “means” as it appears therein and inserting in lieu thereof: “ means includes ”.

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 155 on line 149 by striking “means” as it appears therein and inserting in lieu thereof: “ means includes ”.

SYNOPSIS

This amendment clarifies the definition of “sexual orientation”.
