HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1

TO

HOUSE BILL NO. 160

AMEND House Bill No. 160 by striking line 18 in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following: “as described in regulation. authorized in Chapter 60 of Title 24. ”

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 160 by striking lines 19 and 20 and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“(5) “Telemedicine” means a form is a subset of telehealth which is the delivery of clinical health-care services and other services, as authorized in Chapter 60 of Title 24, by means of real time 2-way audio, visual, or other”

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 160 by striking “, and other services,” as that phrase appears on lines 44 and 45 and inserting in lieu thereof “ , and other services, ”.

FURTHER AMEND House Bill No. 160 by striking “ State ” as it appears on line 50 and substituting in lieu thereof “ State, ”.

SYNOPSIS

This is a technical amendment that corrects the inadvertent omission of some strike through and underlining.
