AMEND House Bill No. 196 on line 19 by deleting " years " after " 3 " and before " after " therein and inserting in lieu thereof " months ".

SYNOPSIS

This amendment changes the minimum time the signed statement must be retained by the child care facility from 3 years to 3 months.
