SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1

TO

SENATE BILL NO. 64

AMEND Senate Bill No. 64 by inserting the following after line 21:

“ (g) This section does not apply to a person operating a vehicle on a roadway with a speed limit of 25 miles per hour or less. ”.

SYNOPSIS

This Amendment provides that the requirement that a person remove accumulated ice and snow from the exterior surfaces of a vehicle before operating the vehicle does not apply on a roadway with a speed limit of 25 miles per hour or less.
