HOUSE BILL NO. 290
AMEND House Bill No. 290, as amended by House Amendment No. 1 and House Amendment No. 2 to House Bill No. 290, by deleting the quotation mark on line 6 of House Amendment No. 1 to House Bill No. 290 and inserting the following after line 6:
“ d. If sold by a restaurant, be sold with the customer’s purchase of food that costs at least $10. ” .
SYNOPSIS
This amendment requires that, in addition to volume limitations, a restaurant sell a minimum of $10 of food as part of the take-out, curbside, or drive-through sale of alcoholic beverages.
