HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1

TO

HOUSE BILL NO. 255

AMEND House Bill No. 255 by inserting after line 12 and before line 13 the following:

“ (d) The Superior Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over violations of this section. ”

SYNOPSIS

This amendment gives the Superior Court exclusive jurisdictions over violations § 1309 of Title 11.
