SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1

TO

SENATE BILL NO. 247

AMEND Senate Bill No. 247 by deleting line 153 and substituting in lieu thereof the following:

“ accordance with paragraph (f)a. of this section. ”

FURTHER AMEND Senate Bill No. 247 by deleting line 417 and substituting in lieu thereof the following:

“ Licensee or an individual applying for a license.  Adverse action information pertaining to a Licensee will be available to any other Member State. ”

SYNOPSIS

This amendment makes two technical corrections.
