AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 13 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO CHILD INTERVIEWS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE:

Section 1. Amend § 724, Title 13 of the Delaware Code by making deletions as shown by strike through and insertions as shown by underline as follows:

§ 724. Interviews.

(f) This section shall in no way limit the admissibility of any statement under other Court rules or statutes governing admissibility. This section shall apply to all proceedings governed by this title as well as to all proceedings set forth in subchapter II of Chapter 9 of Title 16 and §§ 1041 through 1048 of Subchapter III of Chapter 9 of Title 10 .
