| Synopsis: | This amendment adds new definitions to the Delaware Commercial Feed Law for terms used in conjunction with Pet Food and Specialty Pet Food Regulations, which the Department of Agriculture proposes to adopt. These new terms will clarify the species of animal and its food to which the Delaware Commercial Feed Law pertains.
This amendment also establishes a labeling format for feeds, pet foods, and specialty pet foods containing drugs which corresponds with other state and federal requirements. |
