Purpose of the Bill : The bill refers to transfer flexibility. The bill would help to lower the rates of insurance policyholders who demonstrated good driving behavior.Tthe scope of the coverage is just limited to automobiles, not home insurance.
Committee Findings: Reps. Valihura and Stone commented that the bill was a great idea.
