| Long Title: | AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 17 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO JURISDICTION, POWERS AND DUTIES OF THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION. |
| Synopsis: | This act requires, prior to accepting subdivision roads for maintenance by the State, that the Department of Transportation’s division engineer, maintenance engineer and subdivision engineer for the district in which the roads are situated each certify that the roads have been constructed or reconstructed in accordance with the construction plans approved by the Department and copies of these certifications be forwarded to the members of the General Assembly in whose districts the roads are situated.
