Long Title:AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 11 RELATING TO CRIMES AND CRIMINAL PROCEDURES.
Synopsis:This Act allows authorized State and Federal wildlife biologists to possess and use firearm silencers for wildlife disease or wildlife population control. The use of silencers constitutes a non-alarming method to remove wildlife from the environment.
