| Long Title: | AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 7 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO EXCEPTIONS TO THE REQUIREMENTS FOR A FISHING LICENSE. |
| Synopsis: | The purpose of this act is to encourage Delaware homeless shelters to help their residents develop a lifetime skill and passion for fishing by exempting residents of non-profit homeless shelters from the requirement of obtaining a fishing license.
