| Long Title: | CREATING A TASK FORCE TO STUDY AND MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS REGARDING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE PROCESS FOR MENTAL HEALTH ATTENDANTS. |
| Synopsis: | This House Resolution implements Recommendation #15 of the Delaware Psychiatric Center House Investigative Committee by creating a Task Force to study and make recommendations regarding the establishment of a process to certify and license mental health attendants working in this State. The Task Force shall report its finding and recommendations on or before January 15, 2009.
