CHAPTER 29.
An Act allowing an additional Constable to the County of Sussex.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met, That the Levy Court of Sussex County be, and they are hereby authorized and required to appoint an additional Constable in Sussex County, who shall reside at or near the village of Frankford, situated on the line of Dagsborough and Baltimore Hundred. The office of Constable hereby created shall continue until this act shall be repealed; and the appointment thereto shall be made, and vacancies filled, as provided by the laws and constitution of this State.
