CHAPTER 86.
An Act to amend Chapter 34 of the Revised Code.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met:
SECTION 1. The 7 Section of Chapter 34 of the Revised Code is amended by inserting in the 4th line thereof, between the words "county" and "to" the words "and also to execute all landlord's warrants"
SECTION 2. In all future editions of the Statutes of the State of Delaware, the said Chapter shall be published as hereby amended.
