CHAPTER 141.
OF THE LIEN OF TAXES.
AN ACT to amend Chapter 476, Volume 15, Delaware Laws.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly met:
SECTION 1. That Section 1, Chapter 476, Volume 15, be and hereby amended by striking out all the words after the word "estate," in the 27th line of said section.
