CHAPTER 715
AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 8105, TITLE 9, DELAWARE CODE, BY ADDING B'NAI B'RITH LODGE 470 TO THE LIST OF ORGANIZATIONS EXEMPT FROM REAL PROPERTY TAXATION.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section L Section 8105, Title 9, Delaware Code, is amended by adding to the list of organizations set forth therein, the following:
"B'nai B'rith Lodge 470".
