AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 9, TITLE 19 OF THE DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO THE MINIMUM WAGE RATE.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware:
Section 1. Amend §902, Chapter 9, Title 19 of the Delaware Code, by striking the figure "$1.60" as the same appears in subsection (a), and substituting the figure 44$2.00" in lieu thereof.
Section 2. This Act shall take effect on September 1, 1974.
