AN ACT TO AMEND SUBCHAPTER I, TITLE 5,DELAWARE CODE, RELATING TO BANKING.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Delaware (two-thirds of all members elected to each House thereof concurring therein):
Section 1. Amend §101, Subchapter I, Title 5, Delaware Code, by adding thereto a new subsection (5) to read as follows:
"(5) 'Capital stock' means both common stock and preferred stock."
